1 head Macerated garlic
3/4 cup Distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Freshly ground pepper
Procedure:
Marinate the meat in the ingredients for at least 12 hours, then sun dry the slices.
These are best served fried.
